One night charge if canceled within 48 hours before your arrival or no show

Check in and checkout time: Check in time 3:00 PM ~ 10:00 pm. Check Out time 7:00 ~11:00 am. Late check-out & Early check-in, $7 per hour upon approval and room availability.
Breakfast available from April ~ September.
Deposit: One night deposit upon reservation accepted. Incidental deposit $100 will be held at check-in and released at checkout date after final inspection.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations received within 2 days, including no-shows, will result in forfeiture of your deposit. This cancellation policy is strictly enforced with no exceptions. For Car Show Special Event with limited rooms and for all guests in need, 2 nights minimum stay, full payment upon reservation, 14 days advance notice for free cancellation, within 14~7 days, 50% refund, No refund within 7 days. Other events may be arranged as specified.

Reservations can only be changed or canceled through email: motelcaboose@gmail.com or Front Desk 406-2936201. Reservations from booking.com, Expedia or other 3rd parties must be changed or canceled through their original booking.
Fines for smoking, pets not declared or property damages, $200 minimum charge. All rooms are non smoking, smoking must be off building 25 ft away.

Unreturned key $15.Pet Policy:

Welcomes well behaved pets as guests with the following guidelines: The hotel will charge a pet cleaning fee $10 per pet per night for special treatment. Pets may not be left unattended in the hotel room. Pets must be kept on a leash in public areas and you must clean up after your pet. There is a maximum of 2 pets per room. Housekeeping may not service rooms with unattended pets.
